The ABCDE of CiraNet Management Portal

Hamed here. In this update, I aim to simplify the new Management / Board portal for you. While the new management portal is advanced, it is understandable that there is a little bit of a learning curve which might interfere with adoption. In this update, I aim to make it more approachable for you.

Please refer to this page for update terminology in the case that terminology changes.

A) Main Navigation Area - This is the area of CiraNet that you interact with to go to different tools and pages that you need.

B) Quicklinks (lower Navigation Area)- This area of the Navigation hosts certain tools and pages such as the following:

  • 🔍 Advanced Search
  • 📔 User Directory
  • 🛟 Contact Us
  • 🗓️ Calendar
  • 📧 CiraMail
  • 💬 Log call / create case
  • 💵 Time & Expense Management
  • CiraHelp

C) User Preferences + Announcement Area - Check for updates and announcements as well as changing user preferences

D) Collapsing Navigation Menu button - Use this button to minimize or collapse the navigation menu to get more screen real estate. You can click on it again to bring the full navigation menu back.

E) Main Content / Page - This is the area of CiraNet Management Portal that will change when you go to a new page or tool. While the Navigation for the most part remains the same, this area will be changed depending on the page you access.
