Submitting Ideas
If you have an idea or new functionality you would like to see in CiraConnect, we would love it if you share that with us. The official way to share your ideas is by going to the idea center and submitting your idea there. This is your opportunity to leave your mark on CiraConnect and help advance it further for all users. We do read through all of the ideas and can’t wait to read your ideas too!
The official way to submit your idea (The Idea Center)
- Go to CiraNet.com/v2/managamentportal
- Click on the 🛟 Contact Us button in the button of the left of the side navigation.
- Then click on the 💡icon.
- Write all about your idea and click Send

Submitting Feedback
Whether you are having a great experience with CiraNet or an experience that is not quite up to your expectations, we would like to receive your feedback. Your feedback allows us to continue to evaluate and reevaluate the CiraNet experience. Feedback is not a support ticket, so if you are in need of support, you need to submit a ticket with the service desk or e-mail support@ciramail.com Sharing your Experience with CiraNet If you want to share your recent experiences regarding CiraNet, please fill out this feedback survey form!

Reporting a Technical Issue with CiraNet / CiraMobile
Reporting Bugs
If you notice that CiraNet is behaving a little differently than how it normally does or how you expect it to function, that could be a bug. In that case, it could be a bug. If you are not sure whether CiraNet is not performing as designed, you may see to ask your supervisor first. After that, you may want to report the bug the official way. Check out Submitting a Ticket via Jira for more details.
The official way to submit your idea (The Idea Center)

Reporting a Technical Issue with CiraNet / CiraMobile
Using CiraNet Management / Board Portal
CiraNet Management / Board Portal is using the latest version of our software, currently only accessible by our internal users (board members do not now have access.) We are updating it regularly with new advancements and features. Do note that despite this being very stable software, the nature of how we are adding new functionality and value week after week means there is a slight chance for minor hiccups. We want to ask you to help contribute to improving CiraNet by reporting the issue to your supervisor.
Access to CiraNet Management / Board Portal To access the new functionality available, you need to first visit CiraNet.com, then select Management Portal Beta. (This is not currently available for Board members)
