How to Access CiraNet Management Portal?
This year has been a year with significant upgrades to CiraNet, including but not limited to a complete overhaul in design, speed, customizable workspaces, Lite Mode, Cira Bookmarks, and so much more Performance enhancements.

1. Speed
Regarding CiraNet Advancements and upgrades, speed is the biggest accomplishment of the 2022 year. Due to the transition to the Angular development framework (by Google), CiraNet has received significant speed upgrades across the board.
You can see significant speed boosts across the board wherever the angular framework has been implemented, with the most important being the Management / Board Portal. In Management / Board Portal, virtually all tools and functionality have benefited from this framework upgrade.
Some important tools that have benefited from the speed boost include but are not limited to CiraMail, CiraBooks, My communities, Time & Expense Management, and various tools under My Work Queue. Here are a few examples: CiraMail vs CiraMail Classic Community Workspace is up to 80% Faster!
2. Customizable Workspace & Overall Redesign
The most significant new feature to CiraNet is the customizable workspaces. It is a total game-changer, and no other HOA management software has such a tool.
CiraNet Workspaces allow you to bring multiple pages or tools into one page. This feature is available across various parts of CiraNet, including the user-level workspace via the landing page, CiraBooks level workspace, and community-level workspace. The standard workspace mimics the classic dashboard, and users can configure the other workspaces to meet their specific needs. The ability to create, use, and share custom workspaces has made CiraNet even more flexible and user-friendly. You can have multiple workspaces configured differently for different needs.
A customizable workspace is a powerful tool that brings functionality, but this also contributes to further speed improvements of CiraNet. Because you customize CiraNet with only the tools you use, the system does not need to load tools irrelevant to you; as such, everything works much more snappy and fast.
3. CiraMail
Spellcheck
CiraMail now has improved spellcheck to automate and speed up the overall process for you. While in the past. CiraMail Classic only happens at the end when you are ready to send the email; however, in the latest version of CiraMail, spell check happens while you type. CiraMail will highlight any spelling errors in red, allowing you to correct the mistakes as you are composing the email.
Faster
CiraMail is now 20% faster than it was in CiraMail Classic! Wow!

AI Contact Creation
We have recently released a new feature that automatically creates contacts for you without you having to do anything. This tool is coming to both the new modern CiraMail and CiraMail Classic. This AI contact creation is just the beginning of such automation. And do not worry- the AI is intelligent to know what kind of emails to assign as a contact and what kind not to. More on the details of the AI Contact Creation in a future update.

There are various small tweaks that make the experience faster and snappier. For examples, there is a bell icon that shows up when there are new emails. This indicates when you need to hit refresh.
4. Lite Mode
Lite Mode is a new CiraNet Management / Board portal feature that gives various advancements depending on the specific tools. This mode is a significant performance enhancer enabled in several UI areas. Due to how powerful CiraNet is and how many tools it has built-in, loading all the tools can be resource-intensive, which could translate to slow performance.
With the introduction of Lite mode, the functionality and information most users do not require are hidden. The few power users who need those additional tools can disable Lite mode to access the advanced information they need. For most users, Lite mode helps reduce the amount of data that needs to be loaded from the server, which makes CiraNet faster. Lite mode is especially useful in the dashboard, significantly improving performance and speed.
5. Navigation and UI upgrades
The new CiraNet Management Portal now has an upgraded navigation system that makes accessing tools across the platform quick and effortless. Gone are the days of clicking through multiple pages, waiting a long time for each page to load, and finally reaching the tool you want to use. Now, with the advanced UI upgrades and side menu navigation system, you can immediately find and load the tool you actually want to access.
This side menu is feature loaded, including an advanced search feature to locate tools and pages, communities, etc., that you need to access, as well as a bookmarking tool. You can also customize the menu to be collapsed or expanded or revert to the classic navigation style.

6. Additional Functionality and Advancements
Bookmarks
There might be a few pages you want to regularly access without clicking through the navigation menu to get to them. Now, you can collect the essential links you regularly use by collecting them in your CiraNet Bookmarks.
Because so many users use CiraNet for different purposes with different work styles and methodologies, the bookmark feature is yet another customizable tool that allows each user to unlock the most advanced and speediest version of CiraNet that matches each user's use-case perfectly.
To use the CiraNet Bookmark, you can add the pages you need to access to the side menu, and because the side menu is available on every page in CiraNet, you can quickly access those bookmarked links at any time.
CiraBooks
CiraBooks in CiraNet classic was already well developed with many core functionality present. What was done with the new CiraNet Management portal is to improve upon what was already excellent, make it faster, and give it the various benefits that Angular offers. The CiraNet Customizable Workspaces functionality was also brought into CiraBooks.
CiraHelp Search
CiraHelp search has greatly improved to have instant search, similar to Google's. Once you start typing your search query, CiraNet will search all of the articles in the CiraHelp database with the related keywords, titles, tags, etc., across to instantly give you the results that matter to you.
CiraHelp Search first prioritizes the titles of articles, followed by tags assigned to each page. At the lowest level of priority, the text of the help pages is used to deliver more relevant results to you.
Performance Enhancers:
In addition to the improvements mentioned above, we have made several other changes to enhance the performance of CiraNet. For example, while in the classic version of the platform, every grid community or property address was hyperlinked, which always resulted in a loading icon and long load times, in the new CiraNet Management Board / Portal, we avoid this time sink. To prevent this, we now navigate users to their configured workspace, where they can see the information they need without going through a dynamic link. We link to those workspaces to connect the user with only the information they seek and avoid loading any information they are not requesting. This saves time and resources.
