The first thing you will notice when you access the CiraNet Board / Management Portal v2 will be how it has had a layout makeover. This includes the login and navigation.
Here are a few things to note as far as the new redesign:
The navigation has moved to the left and can be collapsed (minimized) or expanded (opened).
There is a powerful navigation search feature that allows you to search for a feature without clicking through all the menus.
If you need more screen real-estate, you can collapse the side menu and that will give you more space to use for the CiraNet functions that matter to you.
The old Navigation is still there.
If the side navigation menu isn’t for you, or you are just not used to it yet, please note that the top navigation is still available via a new icon.
We have Bookmarks now!
There's a new "Bookmarks" feature in the application. You can access all the pages you bookmark via the bookmark icon at the top of the side menu navigation without using your browser bookmarks.
There has been some reorganization of functions.
Everything you need is still there, but some of the functions have been moved around.
Depending on what you need and your access permission, you can find what you want via the following sections on the navigation: My Workspace, My Company, My Work Queue, Reports, CiraBooks, Administration.
Quicklinks has moved
Functions common to all user pages have moved from the bottom center of the application into the left-side navigation panel at the bottom.
Please note that currently the quick links buttons only appear on the expanded side menu and not when it is collapsed.
- These functions of Quicklinks include the following:Advanced Search, Directory, Contact Us, Call log / Create a Case, and Help.
- New Functions added to Quicklinks:CiraMail and Time and Expense Management
The Contact Us page has some changes too!
The Contact Us page now includes links to submitting technical support tickets and CiraHelp.

Using CiraNet Management / Board Portal
CiraNet Management / Board Portal is using the latest version of our software, currently only accessible by our internal users (board members do not now have access.) We are updating it regularly with new advancements and features. Do note that despite this being very stable software, the nature of how we are adding new functionality and value week after week means there is a slight chance for minor hiccups. We want to ask you to help contribute to improving CiraNet by reporting the issue to your supervisor.
Access to CiraNet Management / Board Portal To access the new functionality available, you need to first visit CiraNet.com, then select Management Portal Beta. (This is not currently available for Board members)
