Hamed here with a quick email to update you on the latest fixes we have implemented in our initiative to continue to advance CiraConnect. Among the other continuous hard work the tech team is doing to improve the CiraConnect platform, here are a few significant issues addressed this week in CiraNet.

CiraNet Management / Board Portal

This week, in addition to the numerous issues that have been resolved, we have released some notable changes.

Important Changes

Please note that in the financial Report Process Tracker, we have eliminated steps 1,2 and 7, and the other steps have been renumbered.

New Fixes  The following issues have been resolved this week. Many others are currently being worked on.

CiraBooks

  • Unable to search Base GL Account in Subcategories Configuration.

CiraMail

  • when you started an Internal Task in CiraMail, the HTML tags were showing up in the Description
  • The email thread disappears when replying to an email in Email Composer.

Workflow

  • When searching in workflow, the Partially Paid status did not have a hyperlink.
  • Denied Workflow: Delete action not showing up for Gweno Clemons.
  • "Error Occurred" message in Workflow Vendor Edit.

Financial Publication

  • Process Tracker: Step 6 unable to view the report.
  • Process Tracker: Step 7 error when loading editor.
  • Process Tracker: Steps 6 and 7 slow to respond

Miscellaneous Issues

  • Cirabooks Bank Account Editor: Increase width on GL Account drop down
  • Reports - Community View - On Demand
  • Branch Managers cannot drill into GL line items
  • Mass Invoice Upload - Allow XLS & XLSX files
  • Additional Info: Unable to upload lease tracking information
  • Alerts: Tab stops for keyboard navigation.

Using CiraNet Management / Board Portal

As a friendly reminder, please keep in mind that the CiraNet Management / Board Portal uses the latest version of the CiraNet software, currently only accessible by our internal users (board members do not currently have access.) We are updating it regularly with new advancements and features. Please remember that despite CiraNet being very stable software, due to constant new functionality and value created weekly, there is a slight chance for minor hiccups. We hope you will help perfect CiraNet by reporting the issue to your supervisor.
