One of the most commonly asked questions we get is, "What can my board see?" First of all, it is important to know that board and committee members are still logging in to and using the Classic Board Portal. They can also login to CiraMobile, but management activities and approvals are only available on an iOS device. The other thing to remember is that internal users can set up board or committee members with restricted access. For example, there is generally no need for a member of the Architectural Review Committee to see payables information, so managers can cull that from their access. But assuming board members are generally granted "Full Access" to the Board Portal, they do have a lot of data at their fingertips, but cannot access everything that you can. So how do you tell what they can see versus what they can't? Look for the locks and keys. Wherever you see a closed padlock symbol, that indicates that the module is inaccessible to your board. An open padlock lets you know the board can see it as view-only. Keys next to a module name tells you that even some internal users cannot access it
