Simplify Owner Requests in Just a Few Clicks

Responding to owner requests in Property View is designed to be as efficient as possible, whether you’re emailing important documents or processing payment updates. For instance, if an owner requests a community document like an architectural form or a waiver, you can navigate to the Documents section, locate the file, and email it directly from the portal—all in a few clicks.

But it doesn’t stop there. If an owner wants you to waive a late fee, you can easily manage this from their Statement page. Find the late fee, click on the hyperlink, and if eligible, simply hit Waive. You’ll be prompted to provide a brief reason, and the system takes care of the rest. These intuitive processes help reduce the amount of time you spend on routine tasks while ensuring that owners get quick responses.

The Property View is also packed with other useful features, like creating support cases for complex issues that require further attention or updating an owner’s mailing address in just a few steps. Each action is seamlessly integrated into the Property View, ensuring that no matter the request, it can be handled efficiently and with minimal clicks.
