The Property Owner Info workspace is an excellent choice for gaining an overview of information related to an owner. Additionally, there is a specific Property Owner workspace available for board members, providing tailored insights.
Combining Property Status and Contact Information
Consider combining the Property Status and Contact Information workspaces for a comprehensive view of an owner’s status and their associated contact details.
Invoicing Shared Workspace
If invoicing is your primary focus, the Invoicing shared workspace is set up with all the necessary pages related to invoicing. You can utilize this setup as is or customize it to match your specific use case.
Community View > Property Detail Workspace

Navigation Tips
You can use the hyperlinked address to easily navigate between multiple properties in a community. Open one tab with the Property Detail Workspace (found in the community view), and each hyperlink will open a new page for the selected property. You can work within this page as needed, then return to the property detail tab to click on the next property’s hyperlink.
This interconnected approach means that every workspace you download from shared workspaces or build yourself will be consistently available for all properties.
