The Navigation Search is an exceptional addition to the new CiraNet Management Portal. You can use it to quickly locate any tool you have access to. However, it’s important to note that the Navigation Search dynamically adjusts its results based on the context you are in. Depending on your current view (e.g., community or portfolio view), the results may differ.
Example:
You have access to multiple communities and are in the portfolio view. You wish to schedule a mass communication for ABC community. Because you are in the portfolio view, if you use the Navigation Search to search for the mass communication tool, it may not appear.
However, if you first use the Community Search to locate and navigate to ABC community, you will be in the community view of that community. Then, when use the Navigation Search, you will be able to find the mass communication tool (assuming it is enabled for the community).
