Good morning to all you wonderful RealManage Family of Brands Employees!

Hamed here. I hope you had a great time over the holidays!

I am pleased to introduce Ray Huddleston, our new customer solutions manager. Ray brings over 20 years of IT experience, with a strong focus on support. He has a mixture of experience in both software and hardware and is excited to be using his background to support the RealManage Family of Brands via this new software-focused role.

Our focus for 2023 is to enhance communications and elevate the feedback cycle of the CiraConnect Product Suite. As the Business Enablement and Solutions Team (BEST) grows to meet the needs of the users that we serve, we are dedicated to providing solutions to their needs. Ray will be working with the team to communicate new and improved ways to connect with the solutions that you need, and he will also be addressing any challenges related to the CiraConnect platform.

We are excited to have Ray join our team and we welcome him with open arms.
