Important Modification coming to Post-Referral Notice

There is a major process change happening regarding remittance and that statement that is generated once a delinquency notice has been changed.

The following sections have been removed:

  • Balances and transactions removed
  • The Next late payment charge dates removed
  • Attorney firm payment remit info in place of lockbox info

Major Changes to the process:

The applicable professional vendor remittance address (for A/P payments) will be inserted UNLESS a contact record is added at the VENDOR LOCATION node level to override as shown below.

We will now be directing referred owners to send payments directly to the law firm instead of to our partner bank lockboxes.

The goal of this modification is to resolve issues with law firms with the Post Referral Notice (especially in Florida IMO markets) and to shift check receipts on blocked accounts to the law firms.

Using CiraNet Management / Board Portal

CiraNet Management / Board Portal is using the latest version of our software, currently only accessible by our internal users (board members do not now have access.)  We are updating it regularly with new advancements and features. Do note that despite this being very stable software, the nature of how we are adding new functionality and value week after week means there is a slight chance for minor hiccups. We want to ask you to help contribute to improving CiraNet by reporting the issue to your supervisor.

Access to CiraNet Management / Board Portal  To access the new functionality available, you need to first visit CiraNet.com, then select Management Portal Beta. (This is not currently available for Board members)
