How to look up a previous owner in CiraNet Management Portal

If you are looking for a previous owner, you can do so with the following steps:

1) Login to CiraNet Management Portal

2) Click on the Search 🔍 icon on the bottom left

3) You will be brought to the Search page

4) From the Search Type drop-down menu, select Properties / All Owners

5) Optionally narrow down the search by selecting the specific community you want to search

6) Type the name of the owner and

7) click the blue Search button
