We have a Workspace library called Shared Workspaces to help get you started. Additionally, we have created System Workspaces that auto populate for all internal users, so they have pertinent data populating for them from the very first login. In general, the Shared Workspaces library contains ready-made workspaces.
If you are not sure where to start, then start by sampling these selections.
To import a shared Workspace, click on the Manage Workspaces icon, then click Shared Workspaces. You will see a list of all Workspaces that have been shared with your department. To import one of them, click Actions, then Import
The Workspace control will populate with the template you selected. You can make any changes you want before you save it into your list, or you can just leave it as is. Next, click Save, and the shared Workspace will now be added to your list, along with the pound size indicating it was imported:
