Accessing the Community View in the Management Portal is simple and intuitive. Follow these quick steps to start managing your community more efficiently:
- From the Navigation Pane:
- Click the Location icon (shaped like a map pin) at the top.
- Type at least part of the community’s name in the search bar and click the magnifying glass icon to search.
- Once the results pop up, click on the community’s name to open the Community View for that community.
- From My Communities:
- Go to My Company and select My Communities for a full list.
- Use the filter row or sift icon to find the specific community. Then, click the name to navigate to the Community View.
- From CiraMail:
- When in CiraMail, click on the community name within your inbox, which acts as a hyperlink, to open the Community View directly.
Once you’re in, you’ll be able to see all the critical data about your community, from work processes to service teams and beyond. It’s a one-stop shop for everything you need to manage your community efficiently.
