The Administration section in Property View offers access to several key features that community managers need for efficient property management. These include Collections, Architectural applications, and Violations. This section ensures that the necessary tools are readily available to handle important administrative tasks.
Notably, owners and board members do not have access to this section, and even among team members, access is role-based. This ensures that only those with the right permissions can perform administrative tasks. For community managers, this section is a valuable space to manage critical functions, all while maintaining secure access controls.
The new Property View offers enhanced visibility, allowing community managers to see exactly what owners see in their Resident Portal. In the past, the classic version did not offer this feature, making it more challenging to assist residents directly. Now, managers can seamlessly navigate Community > Property Details or use the updated Property View to quickly access owner details and respond to inquiries.
The Account and Administration sections were also refined to offer a clearer distinction between what is visible to owners versus what managers can access internally. Additionally, the side navigation in Property View makes it easier to move between different areas, allowing for faster access to critical property-related pages. The introduction of Workspaces also adds flexibility, letting managers customize their view to show frequently used information.
