Closing Portal Rush Tiers

Please note that on Monday next week (June 5th), we will be releasing a modification to the Closing Request work queue in the new Management Portal. This change will be implemented in the new Management Portal in conjunction with the new Rush Delivery Tiers.

The queue will now consist of 4 tabs vs. the 2 original tabs:

1) Open Requests (Manual Fulfillment) - this tab should consist of requests requiring manual fulfillment that have either been paid for upfront, or do not require an upfront payment.

2) Open Requests (Auto Fulfillment) - this tab should consist of requests that are paid, or do not require payment, that will be systematically fulfilled. This tab will now be important as we will not be processing orders until approximately 2-hours prior to the selected delivery tier. This will be a BIG change. This tab will allow for easier tracking of these requests.

3) Open Requests (Pending Payment) - this tab should represent all requests that are pending payment and should not be processed until payment is received.

4) Search

The queue will also include 2 new columns:

1) Estimated Deliver By (we are going to update this to "Deliver By") This will replace the Due Date column. Existing open requests will be back-filled with this data. This will be the date/time the order is due to be fulfilled by. We need to re-think our SLA around manual fulfillment or else we are going to be working against what we are trying to accomplish with the rush tiers. If the requestor doesn't order a rush, we should not be fulfilling during the rush time frame (e.g. within 24 hours).

2) Estimated Auto Processed This data column will only apply to systematically processed orders which will now be on a segregated tab as described above. Since we will be holding orders until approximately 2 hours prior to the delivery deadline selected, this column will be informational for researching inquiries on open orders pending systematic fulfillment. I'm sure we will get calls to accelerate processing. You should be able to manually fulfill in this case. We are looking at adding the functionality to immediately process and/or upscale to a higher delivery tier.

Using CiraNet Management / Board Portal

CiraNet Management / Board Portal is using the latest version of our software, currently only accessible by our internal users (board members do not now have access.)  We are updating it regularly with new advancements and features. Do note that despite this being very stable software, the nature of how we are adding new functionality and value week after week means there is a slight chance for minor hiccups. We want to ask you to help contribute to improving CiraNet by reporting the issue to your supervisor.

Access to CiraNet Management / Board Portal  To access the new functionality available, you need to first visit CiraNet.com, then select Management Portal Beta. (This is not currently available for Board members)
