The first thing you will likely notice when you access the new CiraNet Management / Board Portal is how the landing page is different. The fantastic part is that it is not just a visual makeover. The new appearance comes with an abundance of new functionality.
While in CiraNet Classic, you'll first notice a page with icons for all the tools and pages you want to access. In CiraNet Management Portal, that view has been replaced with an advanced feature called a Workspace. All the tools and pages have been moved to the navigation menu, which is located on the left side of the page.

The appearance has received a usability upgrade, but the tools and functionality are the same, other than additional upgrades received in terms of speed, customization, and automation. We do understand there could be a potential learning curve, so you are free to switch between CiraNet Management / Board Portal and CiraNet Classic.
Quick Look at the Different Parts of the New Landing Page:
The initial landing page is called My Workspace. This differs from the classic portal, which landed on a page full of navigation icons. In the Management / Board Portal, all this navigation has been moved to the left-hand Navigation Panel, leaving the content area open for customized content.
Using CiraNet Management / Board Portal
CiraNet Management / Board Portal is using the latest version of our software, currently only accessible by our internal users (board members do not now have access.) We are updating it regularly with new advancements and features. Do note that despite this being very stable software, the nature of how we are adding new functionality and value week after week means there is a slight chance for minor hiccups. We want to ask you to help contribute to improving CiraNet by reporting the issue to your supervisor.
Access to CiraNet Management / Board Portal To access the new functionality available, you need to first visit CiraNet.com, then select Management Portal Beta. (This is not currently available for Board members)
