Who has access?
Budget Tracker is now available to internal users. The primary users will be CAMs and DCAMs, CMSG who use this to support RealManage/GranManor users in this process, accountants, including Financial Managers.
Where can this tool be accessed? You can find it in Management Portal under My Work Queue > Process Tracker > Annual Budget Preparation. Make sure to utilize this amazing tool during the budget season!
Steps
There are 8 steps in this tool that can help you in this process.
1) Initialize the budget
2) Budget Submission to Client & Manager
3) Preliminary Client Approval
4) Final Accountant Approval
5) Budget Finalized
6) Upload Approved Budget Package (Resolution, Rules & Budget)
7) Upload Resident Version of Budget for Re-Sale Cert
8) Submit Resident Notification Job to FSG
