Meet Golbeza, a talented illustrator and graphic designer from Indonesia. At 25, her artistic style is influenced by the intricate techniques of Japanese illustration, reflecting her Asian heritage and cultural surroundings.Golbeza has contributed to over 12 episodes of Ciracomic, a comic centered on all things related to CiraConnect. Often drawing inspiration from the people around her, her characters naturally take on qualities that mirror her environment, giving her work a distinctive and relatable feel. As we continue developing Ciracomic, her contributions bring fresh ideas and artistic depth to every episode.

About the Comic

Ciracomic is a fun and engaging comic that covers various aspects of CiraConnect, providing alternative learning opportunities for different types of learners. Recognizing that people learn in different ways, Ciracomic is part of a broader communication strategy that includes emails, articles, podcasts, and the comic itself. We’re committed to addressing as many learner types as possible and encourage feedback, not only for the comic but also for all our communications.

The comic’s teaching method is simple: one character knows the material, and another character learns. This dynamic helps the audience relate to the learning process while gaining knowledge from the teacher character. We aim to switch roles between who’s teaching and who’s learning, using clever storytelling techniques that highlight that learning is never an inferior position. Developing diverse characters and storylines takes time, but we’re excited for everyone to grow with each new episode. We also try to keep things lighthearted and funny to put a smile on readers’ faces, making each episode something to look forward to.So far, feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we truly appreciate everyone who shares their thoughts. Meet the Characters

Ollie:

Ollie has been with the CiraManagement company for three years, so he brings a good level of experience to the team. He’s serious about his work and often finds himself being asked for help by his co-workers. Ollie is committed to sharing his knowledge and ensuring that everyone around him can learn and grow, all while continuing to expand his own skills.

Ella:

Ella has been with the company for a little less than a year and brings a lot of energy to her role. While she’s still learning much about the software and how everything works, her colleagues already rely on her when new employees need guidance. Ella’s enthusiasm and quick learning have made her a valuable team member.

Xavier:

Xavier, a Hispanic American character, has been with the company for around six months. He’s known for being extremely friendly and kind to everyone, and his warm personality helps build strong bonds within the team.

Laura:

Laura, another Hispanic American character, has also been with the company for around six months. She's a little quieter but always curious, and her thoughtful nature keeps her eager to learn more and contribute to the team's success.

Supervisor Zulika:

Zulika has been with the company for seven years and brings extensive experience to the table, having worked in the industry for 10 years prior to joining CiraManagement. She comes from a South Asian Indian background, which adds a rich cultural perspective to her leadership style. As the supervisor of the group, she guides everyone toward becoming a more successful and cohesive team. Although she hasn't interacted directly with all of the characters in the storyline yet, her leadership and expertise are central to their development.
